Every Luma Liva piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely at your door. Many of our products are made to order, so please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Luma Liva purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because many of our pieces are made to order, customized or personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
